THE JOB
You are not cold calling phone books. You are managing accounts for businesses that need to ship freight now.
Engage: Take inbound calls and follow up on warm web inquiries.
Quote: Price shipments using our proprietary software.
Close: Secure the shipment and manage the client relationship.
PAY & BENEFITS (The Good Stuff)
$55,000 Guaranteed Base + 15% Uncapped Commission + $1,000 Sign-on Bonus + Health/Dental/401k.
Realistically: If you are average, you will make $75k. If you are good, you will make $120k+.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1 year of sales experience (Logistics, Mortgage, or Car Sales preferred).
Attitude: You are money-motivated and don't take "no" for an answer.
Reliability: You show up on time, every day, ready to work.
